Usage

Zinc Borate 2335 is a multifunctional additive with flame retardant, char-forming, smoke-suppressing, and anti-dripping properties.

• Flame retardant or flame retardant synergist: Partially or completely replace antimony oxide without reducing the flame retardant grade of the material, thus reducing material cost and toxicity.
• Smoke suppression: Partially or completely replace antimony oxide, significantly reducing the smoke production of certain halogen-containing epoxy resins.
• Promotes char formation; suppresses flame and prevents dripping. Low toxicity, high transparency, and not easy to precipitate.
• Other: Easier to wet than antimony oxide, has arc resistance, promotes adhesion between metal and resin, and imparts antibacterial properties to materials.
