PNFR-2315

PNFR-2315 is a halogen-free, environmentally friendly flame retardant containing phosphorus and nitrogen structures. This product has good compatibility with polyolefins and has minimal impact on the mechanical properties of plastics. It also has excellent processing stability during manufacturing. Unlike traditional halogenated flame retardants, PNFR-2315 achieves flame retardancy by generating a dense expanded carbon layer during combustion, which insulates heat and blocks air, without producing irritating hydrogen halide gases or black smoke. It is an environmentally friendly flame retardant.

Application

PNFR-2315 is mainly suitable for polyolefins, especially PP, PE, and EVA. It can also be applied in rubber, elastomers, UPE, epoxy, and PU foam. The recommended dosage is 25-35%, depending on the required fire protection level.
